Report a calculation or workflow issue

A useful report includes the tool name, input values with units, expected result, observed result and the browser version. Describe the steps that reproduce the problem. For inventory issues, keep a JSON backup before making further changes.

Protect your workspace details

Do not include sensitive notes or an entire inventory backup in a public report. A small illustrative example is usually sufficient to explain a calculation.

Local troubleshooting

If a save fails, confirm that browser storage is available and that private browsing restrictions are not blocking IndexedDB. Keep the current browser profile open until you have exported any accessible records. No in-site message submission service is provided.
